Dirty grotty rooms wallpaper hanging off several things don’t work in the room.
Went down to play the machines and immediately my money got stuck in the machine.
I had to wait about 45 minutes with the help light on the machine and plead with 4 cocktail waitresses to find someone to help, finally someone came and after an argument I got my money back.
If you want somewhere better to stay just bring a sleeping back and sleep on the pavement.
My 7th trip to Vegas and will never stay in mgm grand or any other resort they own.
Only here for 2 more nights thank god then I’m off to a great casino downtown.

Room Tip: Try somewhere else or bring a cleaner with you

A suite should be in the upper floors with a nice view. Especially if your kids are on spring break and you wanted to them to see how good the strip looks at night. Windows being clean early in the morning when you are trying to get some sleep. Not acceptable.

My wife and I go to Las Vegas 2 to 3 times a year. We've had the pleasure to stay other MGM properties, but MGM has as always been a favorite. We highly recommend you stay here. Great atmosphere and the casino always has the newest slots and the classics.

Hard bed no hot water for shower very rude staff children running around everywhere playing on the floor towels and linens were very rough parking was a nightmare elevator wait was extremly long food was very overpriced do not waste your time or money!

Mgm qas too crowd and did not fulfill reservations om time . The pool was too pack and could not take a bag in after they check yoir bag . Heard grwat things bit did not live up to the hype . Cost was off the roof for bad customer service .
