Service - rude, obnoxious, unhelpful, slow, could have cared less that you were dropping a ton of cash for [--] service and worse food.

Get this, they have a sports bar that's closed and won't bing food. You have to order it from a resturant where they take 30 min just to acknowledge your existence and you have 5 people tell you they can't help you, yet they stab around and stare at each other like mindless imbeciles.

U think everyone who works here is a reject from a hotel that actually knows what the hell they're doing because they clearly do not have a clue here.

Awful. Stay here at your own peril.

The hotel was off the strip, but only a short walk. They upgraded us on check-in to a suite. It was awesome! Beautiful views of the mountains and the strip. This was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Room Tip: We stayed in the casino tower in a suite. We overlooked the pools. When you opened the windows you h...

Booked on Groupon, so the rate was really good. We booked a king suite, and the room was just as in the photo. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious and clean and there was a safe in the room but no refrigerator.
There are so many combinations with the light switches, it is difficult to figure out how to get what you want. Labelling them would be of benefit.
There was no kettle in the room, so it was difficult to make a cup of tea. This seems endemic in all USA hotels. If travelling in the USA again, I would invest in a travel kettle that plugs into the car as well.

Room Tip: High as possible to get away from the noise of the casino. If flying, get to the airport at least 2...

We stayed here because the concert we were attending was at The Joint which is also at the Hard Rock. It was great to be able to stay in the same place as the venue. Would definitely stay there again for another concert.

Room Tip: Other than the bed being uncomfortable, my husband and I had a great time.

I had picked the Hard Rock thinking it would have a younger crowd instead of a bunch of old cigar smoker types. Well they were young like barely 21 young here mostly. As others stated the pool parties and the club on site are all geared to youngsters. I love rock and roll and some heavy metal but not party trance type music. The pool parties were all geared to them and the music too. Also the parties were not included in your room fee and cost extra. Some great memorabilia on display but other than that nothing exciting here. It is a full mile from the strip each way. Food/restaurant selection is expensive and lousy food for the most part. If you want to see it stay elsewhere and come visit as everyone stated you are more than welcome there guest or not. Guests are not special to them just another customer.

Room Tip: We stayed in the HRH tower it was mostly quiet. The suites are nicer than the regular rooms. No soda...
