“Just wonderful”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 February 2012

A two day stay in Las Vegas for work and a mandated hotel, which sometimes is a bad thing unless it's the Four Seasons Las Vegas! Arriving early, the hotel was busy and a while to wait for a room, but to be expected, so lunch in the Verandah Restaurant (the tuna sampler was lip smacking) before picking up my 'key' and up to the 38th floor to find I'd been given an amazing suite with views of the Strip and McCarran airport - for an airplane geek that was wonderful, so was the exercise just walking from one end of the suite to the other.

The staff couldn't have been more amenable and pleasant, and if I'd had time I would have tried the spa, but didn't.

My only wish is that there was a proper bar - the bar is in the Verandah, perhaps when the weather is kinder there's one outside, but not in mid-February.

Very recommended if you want to be out of a casino hotel, but on the doorstep and with 1st floor access to the Mandalay Bay you can easily do all of that if you want to.

Room Tip: Just be nice to the staff - no more, Four Seasons tends to remember who you are.

I have been to Vegas multiple time and stayed at most of the best and newest resorts. This is my favorite. It begins with arrival at the airport. Being on the south end of stro, you can literally land, get rental car and be in the lobby within 20 minutes from landing.

The lobby is, like all Four Seasons, immaculately clean, peaceful, quiet and in Vegas, smoke and casino free. The restaurants are all great and you don't feel like you're in Vegas, unless you want to, and then you merely have to walk to second floor and in 2 minutes you're in Mandalay Bay.

Stay here, you won't regret it.

Room Tip: If you don't want to walk too far in hall, request room closer to elevator.

Enjoy the craziness of Las Vegas but then retreat to a quiet oasis of Four Season's service and style.

After getting off the strip it was such a delight to get back to our hotel. Our room, the staff, the restaurant were all fantastic.

Room Tip: Sound travels from the pool area..for some this may be a problem.
