Located off the strip, but within easy striking distance, this gem is a must in Las Vegas. I’ve been her multiple times, so my first thought about traveling to Las Vegas is “when do we go to Firefly”? Starting with the sangria, their tapas are outstanding!
We had the Serrano ham and manchego cheese for starters, the the padron peppers. We followed them with the Tierra y Mar Skewers (skewers of steak, shrimp and chorizo), then the pork empanadas and the avocado montadito. We followed this with our second pitcher of sangria and an order of camarones a la diabla. The camarones were so, so good!
Hats off to Alejandro and Roberto, our servers. They were outstanding!
We can hardly wait for our return trip to Las Vegas and enjoying Firefly again!
