I did not stay at the hotel but we play many table games and slot machine ,We also saw some shows and loved them. I laughed until I hurt and ate food. I found this casino to be very clean and very friendly.

They servers act like they don’t wanna be there, took her 30 mins to bring back my drink and the one of the dealers was very rude, I sat down while the mgr was getting me a players card and the way she asked us to get up was so nasty even tho no one was playing

Started off from valet. As being a diamond member and my parents are platinum members. The valet guy wont take the car. Then some customer with gold member arrived amd paid him $10 tip and decided to take his car.

Got Blackjack on a table that said 3 to 2 on sign at table but they only paid 6 to 5. Complained and they said it was a 6 to 5 table and called upstairs and said it was just a 6 to 5 table. False advertisement. This has to be against some sort of gaming law.

i gambled at the hotel. Saw some shows that I had to wait long periods in order to redeem tickets. Shopping was expensive. I am sure that there are good things about the hotel but why I was picked for a survey I don’t get. I do enjoy the Vegas atmosphere and maybe will stay at the hotel in the future.
