“A great family run business”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 July 2012

This is always my first stop (after getting gas) in Beatty. The staff and owers are very nice, the food is good and the chili is great. Oh, and the beer is very cold. A must stop on Highway 95.

“Great place”

We were looking for a comfortable place to eat and relax and this was the place we found. Food was good. The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome.

“Love the Atmosphere - Love the Chili”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 April 2012

What a neat little place! It has a limited menu - but that's OK because the owner is a Chli Cook-off champion. I had a great time here. Beer was cheap too.

“Great Chili”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 February 2012

Sampled two Beatty restaurants and this is best by far. Rustic, cozy, outside seating. Good burger but there is some seriously good chili here.

“Great chili in a pretty cool setting”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 January 2012

I stopped in Beatty on a recent trip to Death Valley in order to see the Rhyolite ghost town and to save some money on gas (the price of gas in Death Valley is ridiculous). I came across this little bar near the south end of town on main street and had a DELICIOUS bowl of chili and an amber bock beer while sitting outside in December. Not to shabby! BTW - if you go, continue north a minute or two to get gas - there is a big low-price gas station on the left and a store that sells snacks, candy, etc. The place right across the street is more expensive and I got some pretty rude attitude there by the cashier.
