Description: At FireWorks, everyday is a celebration of wood-fired cooking. Keeping the tradition of from–scratch recipes with a contemporary flair, we put a creative twist on classic American comfort foods. Where primal flavors burst to life, celebrate mouthwatering favorites like steak and seafood grilled over a live hickory flame, slow-roasted rotisserie chicken and prime rib (named the best in town), and hand-tossed pizzas baked to order fresh in our custom wood-fired oven. Our children’s menu offers a kid-sized celebration of wood-fired cooking and kid favorites like mac & cheese, pizza, and grilled sirloin. There is a flavor for everyone.

We took a chance on this restaurant based on other reviews. We were not disappointed! The menu has a wide variety of options at affordable prices. We did not order drinks but the drink menu included locally brewed beer. Service was great. The hostess, waitress, and server were on top of their game and added to our wonderful experience. We will come back when we are in town again.

Fun atmosphere.....relaxed casual, but with a touch of elegance. We enjoyed a Friday evening supper of Bourbon Street Chicken and Beef Brisket. VERY delicious! The grilling was perfect and the barbecue sauces were absolutely wonderful. They have a sweeter sauce and a spicier sauce that packs a definite kick. The accompanying vegis were prepared to perfection as well. Our waitress was especially helpful with identifying the barbecue sauces (spicy or sweet), since I asked for a small taste of both. We arrive about 5:30 pm and were seated and served quickly. The restaurant did fill quickly after that, but everyone seemed to be receiving quick and attentive service. KUDOS to the management and servers! Desserts looked lovely, but we were completely satisfied and truly FULL from our meal. We will definitely return again.

Stopped with friends. Waiter was nice but never asked if we wanted more water and wanted dressing on the side. Not! The food is average. We ate at a high-top in the bar. Not sure that it would be noisy if we were there later at night. Brisket is not available until 5. We were there at 2. Strongly request dressing on the side as too soupy if not.

We quite enjoyed the atmosphere and sat in the large indoor patio area (glassed in). The food is all wood-fired and really tasty!

My wife and I always go to Fireworks in southeast Lincoln during Restaurant Week. Tonight, the food was great, as always. Shortly after our entrees arrived the host came to our table and announced that our entire meal was on the house. She said our food had not arrived in a timely manner, and she apologized. My wife and I were stunned by this gesture. Fireworks is the best! We are so impressed by the staff and management. We left a $20 tip. It was the least we could do.
