Wife and I stayed here for two nights at the end of October. Room had an odd odor to it, even after asking the cleaning lady for some air freshener - didn't work.
The bed was worn and not too comfortable. Older TV that looked like it was from a garage sale. Dressers and cabinet dirty inside (stained). Drapes that were torn and aged. Window that did not latch properly. Limited wall outlets, loose one in the vanity area. Faucet leaked. Not enough or any wall outlets to plug a laptop in, much less cell phone.
Talked with the desk person when we dropped the key cards off. He admitted that there was a lot to be done - and that they are working on them. He mentioned that some of the rooms have been "upgraded". Wish we knew that to begin with.
Staff seemed friendly and nice, and the morning coffee (in the lobby area only), was okay. Taco Bell across the street and a mini mart just north, across the side street.More
