We stayed there on Friday night of the 4th of July weekend. An unfortunate and unhappy young woman was the sole staff person on duty and not only was behind the counter when we returned from dinner, she was the only staff person in sight the next morning--responsible for the (lousy) breakfast bar as well as trying to check people out. When the coffee urns ran out at 7:30 a.m., they were empty for the duration. The rooms were barely adequate, slightly grungy, and the beds had a stiff plastic wrinkled mattress pad under the dingy bottom sheet. Compared to other places we stayed on our road trip, some in very remote places, this hotel was overpriced and icky.

If you want a comfortable room without spending a lot of money, stay at the Aero Inn. 1830 Hwy 93 S, Kalispell, MT. On the highway, about a half hour from Glacier National Park, the Aero offers a jumping off place for exploring the park on a budget. While hotels at the park are expensive, the Aero has rooms in the $50 area, and it has an indoor pool and Jacuzzi,
Located in the heart of town, it's close to places to eat and drink. The rooms, while not fancy, are comfortable and adequate.

Stayed here 1 night en route to Glacier Natioanl Park. It is a budget motel along the hwy amonst several more. This one has good rates, friendly staff, and a pool/sauna/hot tub complex that stays open late. The rooms are basic, but clean & comfortable. The morning breakfast bar is good.

After reading various reviews that didn't portray a real positive image, we were pleasantly surprised to find the Aero Inn was more than adequate for us. Yes, it is a smaller, older property and of course it is not going to have amenities similar to the larger, newer chains but we were quite comfortable here. The rooms are small but clean, the carpet looked new, the furnishings were plain but at least there was a table and 3 chairs and even though we had an older t.v., our friends had a flat screen. The windows opened and we enjoyed the fresh mountain air. Even though we didn't use the pool, both it and the hot-tub looked very inviting. AND the desk personnel were the most hospitable and friendly people that we have encountered in a long time. It is in a good location, next the Hilton Garden Inn which has a great bar and restaurant. Thanks Aero Inn for an enjoyable stay.

Arrived in town late after driving from Banff, Canada, without a reservation. The only room they had available was a smoking room, which apparently, doubles as a dog friendly room. Like we did every night of our 14 night vacation, upon entering the room, we immediately pulled the sheets back to check the bedding for bugs. The bed was full of fleas! DISGUSTING.
