Front desk very helpful and friendly, we were early and the gal went and checked and got us into a room right away. The only major downfall that we discovered a little later that the top of the mattress in the Kings room was 36 inches from the floor. My wife who is 5 ft 1 in. could not get in the bed without a lot of difficulty. She slept partly on the floor or on the sofa. All other king suites were filled so could not

Room Tip: Our floor was quiet and as the hotel is a little ways off the main track I think it would all be quiet.,

Booked two rooms for one night and I couldn’t be happier for choosing this property.

This was our first time visiting Kalispell and we were very impressed with the property’s amenities, staff members’ welcoming and friendly attitude and its proximity to the shopping centres and restaurants.

We arrived really late and the young lady that checked us in was very welcoming and super efficient. She acknowledged my Spire Elite membership and credited the welcome amenity points before we even got to our rooms. We were in and out of the front desk in less than two minutes.

The rooms were very spacious and clean and as always (in all of the IHG properties) the beds were very comfortable and made for a very sound sleep.

Breakfast offerings were the usual fare but was very pleasantly surprised by the biscuits and white gravy as I’ve never been to any IHG properties that serve that. They were really good!

This has become one of my favourite Holiday Inn Express properties!

The staff members were great ambassadors of this friendly and beautiful city!

We will be staying here the next time we are in the area again.

This property is highly recommended!

We take long road trips (4-6) weeks and stay in 3 different hotels. The bed is comfortable, the hotel is quiet and everything is clean. There is a lack of electric outlets for plugging in cell phone and computers. Both my husband and I do work on the road and rely on the electronic age. Would like to see the Holiday Inns in general have available more direct USB adapters in the guest rooms.

Would give it an excellent but for 2 reasons
1— pigeon poop at the entrance both as we entered about 7 p:m and as we were leaving — about 9 a:m the next day.
Same stuff from the night before. Management says they have done all they can to get rid of the pigeons, so take an umbrella with you.
2— walked to the elevator and there was employee leaning against wall and texting while waiting for the elevator. Door opened, employee walked in, pushed button and continued texting. Door was closing before I could get in the elevator. Employee was so busy texting that the employee did not see me.
Other than those 2 reasons a typical Holiday Inn. Everything good

This is our 3rd stay at Holiday Inn Express Kalispell. We loved their comfortable beds and linens. The large suite makes your stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast each morning was great, hot, and always well stocked.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Taylor was extremely attentive sharing information on restaurants and their featured items. She went out of her way to always make our stay perfect. We loved our stay!!! Thanks to all of you at Holiday Inn Express Kalispell!!!
