Just had dinner here with my wife for 1st time. This place is brand new and still dialing things in. But I think with a few tweaks it could be spectacular. Positives: friendly, nice atmosphere, amazing moist cornbread, nice crisp batter on the seafood. Flavorful crab cakes (balls), decent portions. Negatives: jumbolia (sp) was flavorful, but dry. Blacken chicken Salad was so, so. Small portions of dressings and sauces; waiting for drinks, check for extended times. Prices was a bit high, would not expect to spend over 40 for the 2 dinners, sides w drink. They were also out of chicken wings by 6 pm. Recommendations: bump the prices down, get front of house help, tweak the jumbolia, add beignets. Dont give up, a jem in the making potentially.
