We decided to visit Rolla, Missouri to experience their St. Patrick's Day Celebration. It looked like the sleepy college town swelled by 30,000 people and we knew we'd be needing a room. Most hotels were full or had a surcharge (I understand supply/demand) so we jumped on the reasonable cost at Econo Lodge. We were in the room about 12 hours and 8 of those hours were sleep. The beds, linens and towels are about what you'd expect for a budget hotel. Even though it is near the Interstate, we had room 111 and didn't hear the traffic.
The room did have a coffee maker and a small refrigerator. I do not recall if there was a microwave.
The breakfast is coffee, juice, pancakes, cereal and breads. There may have been some pastries and donuts. The breakfast room has space for about 10 people.
It was basically what we needed at a fairly low price point.More
