Spent a weekend celebrating my friends wedding, the picture perfect views of the ocean where only out done by the amazing sunsets and sunrises.
Africa is really showing off in this place of beauty.
Highly recommended for a place to unwind.

My wife and I enjoyed the trip down the road to Massinga Beach. Passing through the local homes and seeing children playing and being very friendly.
Arriving with warm hospitality by Suzanne and her team. We enjoyed our beach walk and the beach bar pool with Bongi is a must for all. Tranquility at its best.
The Ocean view suites are stunning, clean and luxurious.
We really enjoyed our dinner and the in room breakfast was scrumptious.
Can highly recommend Massinga Beach.

Bad. We we're so looking forward to stay at this place, but it was a total disaster. The sea was too rough, it was way overpriced, for what we got, and the owner was not helpful or friendly at all, I call it sour.
It was also very hard to reach, and we couldn't even walk to the beach. I would reconsider booking this place!
Bad food
The say luxury but that was in the old days? Maybe that was when it opened, but now its completely run down.

If you are looking to truly disconnect and have a good time with family, this is the place to be.

If you are looking for a super fancy high tech place I would recommend not visiting Mozambique in general. This is not Dubai obviously so you should know what to expect.

We spent 4 wonderful days in this amazing lodge where 40 of us did not go 1 minute unattended (by the staff and owner!).

This place is remote but they even organize transportation on the dirt road to the final lodge.

The scenery is absolutely amazing and even though there is a lot of vegetation there was surprisingly NO mosquitos (We were bit more times in Maputo city).

There was also transportation within the lodge, from the bar to the rooms or to the beach below. (Great stuff if you're too drunk to walk, let alone driving!)

The food was fantastic and the staff was all bilingual.

I already recommend this to my friends and family and intend on visiting again soon.
