In one word disappointed. We expected a B & B. It is ont. The owber did not live on premise and we only got a "continental" breakfast. Most hotels in Europe and even motels in the U.S. do better. We got one wrapped cinnamon thing and one wrapped Danish thing, along with 2 small plastic container imitation orange juice, two bananas and small boxes of sweetened cereal. We had to make our own coffee. We also told we could sit on the back porch to the building. That that was neat, but it was next to an ugly parking lot and ash trays on each table were overloaded with cigarette butts.
I would have rated it all a "1", but our suite included 2 TV's, a full kitchen/ living room, a bathroom and a separate bedroom. All was updated, but nothing was historical considering the city we were in. However the overhead kitchen light did not work and the undercounter light did not even have a bulb.
We were very disappointed, considering the cost and the expectation of a true B & B in a historic setting. We'll stay some place else next time.More
