Have stayed at this Drury several times in the past few years. The location is perfect for easy access to I64/40 highway and therefore within 30-40 minutes of most the major attractions. Being located in a suburban area and near a shopping mall (within walking distance) is attractive. Excellent restaurants within the area (though skip the steak house connected to the hotel). We have never had any problems with our stays, and appreciate the free breakfast, free happy hour/munchies, and the free soda/popcorn. Actually, you could easily just "fill" up and save your food expenses. Hotel also has underground parking, which most people do not know is there. And despite the proximity to the highway, we have never encountered a noise problem (though would suggest asking for a room facing the shopping mall).

The only drawbacks for some would the the location...as the main intersection outside the hotel is extremely busy during rush hours. Also, I would disagree with some as to the quality of the free breakfast. We have always been disappointed as to the average of this breakfast: limited selection and the pastries appear to be commercial-store-bought. You would think the management would considering contracting this service out to provide better level. Otherwise, we see no difference between this free breakfast and some of the other less expenses hotel chains.

We stayed last weekend. The location was great - basically in the parking lot of a large mall.
Chili's / Cheesecake Factory/Cheeburger Cheeburger and others nearby as well as food court and cineplex in the mall.
The breakfast was excellent. The 530 kickback very good.
Pool area was nice - a little small but not over crowded on Sat afternoon.
My only complaint is that our room was not cleaned at 4pm Saturday, we worked around it.
The bed had 5 pillows - and they were much better quality than you usually find at a hotel.
Room was nice and clean. Dark cabinetry and marble bathroom and bar vanities.

Room Tip: We were on 3rd floor in King jacuzzi suite -- no problems with noise.

Our friends stated here for two nights and they were very pleased with our recommendation. They will return for a stay when they stop next time. They had never stayed at a Drury facility and were very glad they did..

Room Tip: Rooms on the back side are quiter

This is a nice hotel with an excellent location. Easy on, easy off the interstate that goes to downtown and all the Forest Park attractions. Next to the mall and good restaurants - PF Changs, California Pizza Kitchen, Macaroni Grill etc. Hot breakfast had lots of choices. Busy on the weekend we were there and breakfast area carpets could use a good steam clean - can't go wrong!

I stayed for 8 nights for business in July 2012. The staff was very friendly and professional. There was a VERY large group of people staying for a baseball tournament, including many children and teens who were not well behaved (running and screaming in the lobby and halls). Within a day the staff had the situation mostly under control and continued to be very responsive to noise complaints. Housekeeping was very good.
No room service, but there is a restaurant (separate entity) accessible from inside the hotel, which helps in inclement weather (I selected "excellent" for room service by mistake and can not undo the radio button).
This was my first experience with a Drury property and it will not be my last.
