First impressions are important and our handicapped accessible room was a misnomer.
There was no handrails next to the commode so everyone had been using the towel bar on the shower for mobility. The towel bar was sagging, just shy of breaking off. The stool was low, and anyone who's just had a hip replacement would find it difficult to access comfortably. When asked if there was another "more" handicap friendly room, was told this was their "most" friendly. Also the a/c blew directly onto sleepers faces, not good. On the plus side, it was very clean, great breakfast.More
