My granddaughter loves Elvis. We chose this hotel because of all the Elvis pictures. No where does it state Elvis is only in the suite. We were told that when we checked in. The pictures of the rooms are very misleading. The description says all rooms have been updated. They show beautiful colors in each room. Our room was old and dingy. No blankets on the beds, the shower tiles were falling down, the carpet was old, no security lock on the door and the beds you could feel the springs and no washclothes and not enough towels. We were very disappointed. False advertising at its best!!

Room tip: Our room was not good at all

The room we stayed in was a decent size for three of us. It is dated but nothing was ripped or broken. The shower was clean and had great pressure. No elevator to upper floors so keep that in mind if you book. Breakfast was your basic biscuits and gravy with waffle makers. The property is very steep which makes walking to the pool hard. The staff were very friendly and wonderful. Overall this hotel is fine for sleeping and hanging out. It could use updating but did the job.

The good: Staff was friendly even though they seemed overwhelmed. Breakfast was good even though the breakfast area was busy and very crowded. Outside pool was ok, but in need of some repair.

The Bad: The beds did not have blankets, sheets were stained. There was paint peeling from the walls. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were wet and sagging. Beds were as expected for the price.

We have put this on our "We will not stay here again" list for Branson hotels.

When checking out this hotel I noticed 5-star and 1-star reviews. People either loved it or hated it. We had a very pleasant stay. My advice would be that if you need luxury be willing to pay more and stay elsewhere. But if you are looking for a clean, safe, basic place to stay and aren’t worried about a lot of frills, this place will do just fine.

We arrived after hours and the staff arranged for a late check-in. Everyone we met on staff was friendly and very helpful.

The room was a little musty smelling, but after we were in for a few minutes, we didn’t notice. The shower head was a little low, but the water pressure was great. The mattress was very firm. They have those rough, blankets (not duvets), so I was glad we brought our own to use instead. AC worked great! Shampoo came in little foil packets (like fast food ketchup), so bring your own if you don’t want to deal with trying to open those with wet hands.

I had to work some on the trip and took my laptop to the deck off the main lobby. It was a nice shady spot, and the wi-fi worked great there as well as in our room.

The room had a microwave and mini fridge with a freezer that worked to refreeze our blue ice.

All in all, a nice stay. Not fancy, but very affordable and enjoyable.

My family and I stayed here last week. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was clean but very dated and the bathroom ceiling was sub par. We did have a fridge and microwave in the room and the breakfast was ok.
This is one of the situations where you get what you pay for. This is by no means a luxury stay, but the staff was accommodating and the room was cleaned. Any request was immediately taken care of.

The pictures are of room 214.
