if you are in the hospitality trade you need to cater for all customers needs ( vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free)
I was upset to see that I couldn't have a coffee as no dairy free milk was available and looking at the menu I would be hard pushed to have gluten free food. A shame as it is a lovely setting but we have not on numerous occasions been welcomed and made to feel like the customer is an important part of the whole experience.
