Good location. Quiet and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and the included breakfast is " standard" for this level of accommodation. All at a good price..First time I've stayed here on numerous trips to Hattiesburg. Would definitely stay here again.

With senior discount we paid yesterday $ 70.13 plus tax. King sized bed was good. Continental breakfast slightly above average. Everything clean. I consider it as a very good deal. Only negative point: you couldn’t regulate ac so we’ll, but temperature at night was nice and cool.

Went to Hattiesburg to attend the Highland Games, and having experienced good things from Sleep Inns in the past, made our reservation for the Hattiesburg unit. Were warmly welcomed, and checked in with no wait. Hotel is clean, inside and out! Whether you're in a hallway, breakfast area, or your room, the hotel smells fresh and clean. Breakfast area is spacious, and a highlight for us was that coffee was available 24/7! The rooms are well appointed, the beds are quite comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is just south of I-59, with easy access in and out. Highly recommend this property!!

The Sleep Inn is close to (not walking distance) the University of Southern Mississippi. It is an interior corridor hotel that needs a bit of TLC. However, everything in the room functioned, the exercise room was decent and the breakfast acceptable. Rooms showed signs of neglect with stained ceiling, gaps in caulk around tub, worn carpet, etc. Nothing horrible but don't expect the Ritz. At almost $100 per night I came away feeling that I might have done better by shopping around a bit longer.

This was a nice hotel at a good value. Room was nice. Parking lot was clean. They had a good breakfast in the morning. We enjoy the hotels that provide the waffle makers. Coffee was good. Our only wish is that they had bacon on the menu.
