Our stay here was good. Good hospitality from Shaun, Liza, and Ralph. They made sure our stay was a good one. We had a few issues but they made sure things were corrected. We thank them for it. We hope to make plans to come back and stay here in the future.
The stay at Courtyard Gulfport Beachfront has been amazing. Erica and Shawna at the Bistro are amazing. Shun, Alyssa, Shelia, and the adorable little Sookie were such a joy to spend a few minutes with everyday. The GM was very professional. Please stay at this hotel if ever you get the chance!
Ashley Shun, Alyssa, Janiah, Raphael, Teresa. They all worked hard. And they were a pleasure to be around! Come stay! Every time something was needed they were there! Alyssa by far was amazing handling non stop guest. Come visit! You will not be disappointed..
During my business trip, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The bar was fantastic, but what stood out the most was one of the housekeepers, Janyah. She took care of all my needs and always made sure I had fresh towels. The room was always clean and tidy thanks to her diligent work. Janyah is an exceptional employee, truly top-notch. Her smile brightened up the entire hotel and her positive attitude made my stay more enjoyable. She is a gem and deserves recognition for her hard work. Give her a raise, she deserves it!
Visited here for our summer vacation! We had the best experience! The location is perfect and so close to everything. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous! The staff was more than fantastic! Ashley was the sweetest and most accommodating, she answered all of our questions and even referred us to a nearby aquarium that the kids had a blast at! Lounging by the pool was another highlight of our trip, nice and clean! The room we stayed in was much more spacious than the average hotel room, which was nice since we have a toddler! 10/10 Highly Recommend!
