I evacuated to this hotel with my dog ahead of a severe weather threat. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my dog during our stay. During the tornado warning, we took shelter in the business center. While there, hotel staff were kind enough to bring glow sticks in case of a power outage and a fan to help with the circulation in the room. Truly kind gestures during my entire stay. I appreciated their kindness and empathy. Excellent customer service!

Headed home after attending a funeral in Houston. This is no doubt the best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. Great customer service at front desk and lady serving breakfast loved her job and it showed. She was so friendly and so happy to be there. The room and the hotel look brand new and very clean. Nobody at front desk at 6:30 am and we noticed multiple people ( maybe 8-9 and a family of three come in from the outside and get played of food and take it back to their cars and eat or drive off. Look very strange.

My wife and I have been traveling from Utah to Florida this past week and I've been very disappointed in the "open" hours for the swimming pool in a few of the national chains and Hampton Inn is one of them. If you are a swimmer and you swim as your primary means for fitness, it's important to have access to a pool where you're staying and most fitness swimmers swim in the am. And if you are traveling, you like to get on the road early. That's why it's almost useless to have a pool that doesn't open until 10am! It's ridiculous! No one on a road is going to wait around until 10am to swim and then get on the road at 11:00. Half the day is shot! The fitness room is open 24 hours! Why not the pool? At least they could open at 7 or 8. When I put in a special request to access the pool earlier than 10, I got a "sorry" from the management. Seriously?? There are signs all over this place that say "Making You Happy, Makes Us Happy". Ok, so make me happy! If you're going to have a pool, make it available to your guests! No more Hampton Inn for us until the pool hours change.

Very clean, large and comfortable rooms. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas. They were just taking that display down to replace with Mardi Grau decor. Breakfast was usual Hampton items. Hotel personnel were friendly. I would like to see Hampton Inn's install night lights. We bring our own.

Checkin was quick and easy. Parking was plentiful. Our suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. The king size bed and pillows were all quality. The hotel was fairly quiet. Good selection of television stations. Breakfast was all the usual things. Location is convenient to the highway and dining options.
