This is a new hotel in the D'Iberville/North Biloxi area. When I checked in the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was first rate. The furniture and fixtures had a quality feel about them. While I did not try and measure the internet speed, it did seem fast. Overall I liked the quality of the room, the layout of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The rate I received was very good for this area and I would definitly stay at this property again. One note - there is a lot of new retail development in this area. I arrived at about 5pm and the local police were directing traffic at several intersections close to the hotel. It appreared that they were doing this because the traffic had outpaced the programming of the traffic signal system. By "big city" standards the traffic wasn't that bad but expect a few extra minutes at rush hour times. At other times of day the traffic wasn't as heavy and the traffic light systems were able to manage traffic flow without backups.

We stayed at this hotel for Mother's Day 2010, six days after it had its grand opening and wow....what a beautiful hotel! Awesome designed lobby with a boarding pass computer site, two regular computer stations, flat screen TV with huge sitting area, a smartTV with directions and info about the area, a Bistro (restaurant type grill), and a Market (an overpriced closet-sized convenience store). Indoor pool,/whirlpool and the backyard fireplace sitting area were all wonderful. The room was very spacious (even had room enough for two rollaways to fit) and the bathroom was much larger than standard hotel rooms' bathrooms. Very high pillow-top mattresses with goose-feather pillows for a good nights sleep.
The drawbacks: only one of the computer stations was up and running, one of the elevators was broken (but repaired during our stay), no continental breakfast, and no microwave in the room (which are usually standard in hotel rooms today).
This hotel is very well tucked away from sight and is right across the street from the Grand Cinema theater.
