Nothing fancy, but this was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in a motel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I felt very safe and secure. I definitely recommend this motel. We had an inside corridor room, and it was very quiet and restful.

Clean, comfortable, conveniently located. We would eagerly return. Rentals are restricted to travelers. Security is good. Almost colocated with HI Express, seemingly sharing a nice pool, but not sharing breakfast buffet. Breakfast is ok here, but minimal.

I had a room that was inside a corridor. I felt safe and parking was ample and lighted. There was construction but not on weekend. This was very basic hotel but it had everything we need. It was clean, good space, quiet, and met our needs fine. As I have several physical problems I always am concerned about how the beds sleep. I enjoyed a restful sleep all night. Lots of dining around the motel. Pool was nice. Generally, I recommend the hotel and prices are very good. The beautiful lady on the desk was helpful and friendly as was the rest of staff.

We stayed here to attend the Slugburger Festival. First of all be on your toes to find the lobby because the Econo Lodge and Holiday Inn Express buildings overlap. The lobby door, for Econo Lodge, is a single glass door underneath a drive thru overhang, Check inn went smooth and we proceeded to our assigned room. Our room was in the center court between the Econo Lodge and HIExpress, on the second floor. The third floor was covered in plastic with renovations taking place. It appears that the "renovation" has been an on going thing for quit sometime (some renovations are going to need renovating before renovation is complete). This being said, Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. If you are in town for a couple of days and need a reasonably priced room, this will work fine. The breakfast area is small with a very limited assortment of items. There is a Waffle House across the street. Just remember, this is not a high dollar hotel and "you get what you pay for". We would stay again, just keep a blind eye for the "renovation".

If you need room ambience, this is probably not the hotel for you. The hotel is definitely dated, but is well maintained and clean. The rooms have no frills - basic furnishings, small flatscreen TV with standard offerings. But the king-size bed really was a king, and was very comfortable. The room was very clean, with no hint of smoking or other unpleasant odors. No refrigerator of microwave in the room, and the breakfast is basic pre-packaged continental fare. Norman at the front desk was wonderful, and shared tidbits about the area. Rooms open into interior halls that require keys to enter, even during the daytime. The halls smell a bit musty. There is a pleasant walking/jogging track across the street behind the hotel for some nice outdoor time. The neighborhood feels safe. Would stay again.
