Our trip on the Betsy Ann Boat was a very good trip. Everyone was polite, the captain was knowledgeable. We have been on other paddle wheel boats. I have to say this one was very clean. Was quite impressed on how clean the boat was. Would recommend to friends visiting the area.

My husband and I loved our two hour riverboat excursion. The captain greeted us at the gangway and the tour only improved from there. The crew was very friendly and ready willing and able to keep us supplied with refreshments. The captain mixed wonderful stories about Deer Island and the effects of the various hurricanes on the area. He also included interesting facts about the ecology and biology of the waters. Great way to spend an afternoon.

We had a great time on the 1 pm cruise. The boat was in excellent shape and the crew was very friendly and helpful. The scenery was beautiful. I highly recommend the Betsy Ann to see the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

My husband and I absolutely loved our sunset cruise. We took our cruise on Saturday, March 6 and had such a great time. The captain and his wife were lovely hosts and his crew were very attentive to everyone. The historical narrative was educational and fun at the same time. Sad to learn of so much that has been destroyed by the hurricanes, but as Louisiana residents, we know exactly how that can be. The history of Deer Island was also amazing. The boat was immaculate, and the crew sanitized everything halfway through the trip. They also had blankets for those who may of gotten chilly in the evening air. The trip was perfectly timed for the sunset. We didn't get to see dolphins, but maybe next time. YES! There will be a next time. We will be back again, hopefully soon.
