I had a great time at Fogo De Chao yesterday, great way to start our Saturday. I've always heard good things about the Mpls location so we gave it a try and loved it! The city was beautiful and lively. The parking was surprisingly easy, a wonderful valet service took great care of us. The decor and vibe of the restaurant was perfect, fun and full of happy people. Seems like the place been renovated, it looks awesome. The staff is so nice, friendly, and welcoming, Minnesota nice at its finest! The drinks we started with were well made by a great bartender, I believe his name was Kevin. Brazilian national drink was very fresh, can't remember the name tho. We were seated quickly by smiling hostesses. The waitstaff all work as a team, so you get plenty of attention and there is always someone nearby if you need anything. They bring awesome sides, sweet fried bananas and savory garlic mashed potatoes. The cheese rolls are hot and delicious! The salad bar is very good with lots of international choices. Big attention to the sweet peppers from South Africa, super tasty. The meat options were an absolute treat, served table side and each slice more delicious than the last. A particular favorite was the bacon wrapped filet of beef, it was rich and juicy! Picanha and ribeye as well, always a good option, super succulent. I had an ice cream treat for dessert that was so refreshing! It was called strawberry cream, it cleanses the pallet and aids in digestion and was absolutely delightful! We had an extremely good experience at Fogo Mpls for dinner, I would highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family, and anyone who loves a great dining experience!!! Coming back in December for company party because you guys rock.
