Reminds me of the old fashioned cafeterias where you grab a tray, walk through the line, pick out the food you want and go find a table to sit at. I usually get the Cabbage Roll and German Potato Salad. The Cabbage Roll is huge, but it's very light eating (hard to explain) and the German Potato Salad is too die for. The lunch prices are very reasonable. There's also a deli attached that has pretty much every type of sausage you could ever want. Well worth the trip down to Minneapolis.

Great polish food. Good selection. This is a deli/restaurant. Prices were reasonable. Mushroom soup was delicious. Cherry bomb sausage was very good a bit spicy. Staff was very friendly. Everything was very fresh! Wish we lived closer!

We were visiting from out of town and were talking about pirogies, which made me want some! We ventured here and the place didn't disappoint! In a place that has numerous good Latin, Asian, and other very good ethnic restaurants this place does what they do quite well. Although Eastern European may not have the visibility of Thai food the staff was extremely helpful. The sampler plate with a cabbage roll (choice of sauce, I got mushroom), sausage, and salad (think sauerkraut or red cabbage and not 'house' or 'caesar'), with three pirogies (again, there's a variety!) was a filler and do t let the $18 price fool you. It's enough for two! That being said they had a fantastic selection of desserts, as well! To top it all off there is a TOP NOTCH meat market attached. I will visit the next time I am back!

Little has changed in the way this family-run deli has operated since it was founded in 1954 - and that's a good thing. The emphasis is still on quality and service. Be prepared for the tantalizing smells of smoked meat and fresh-baked bread.

Seems like they have everything bakery butcher and cafe, the works. I ordered up a couple of the bakery Kolachi on Lemon $ 2.19, (Delicious), Kolachi Raspberry $ 2.19 (Same Same, Delicious). Great staff.
