We were visiting our daughter and looking for unique dining experiences. Chimborazo did not disappoint. We visited for dinner on a Friday night. The venue is small, so we expected a wait for our table, however the wait was brief. The parking lot was small but street parking was plentiful if you don't mind a short walk. The menu has a great selection of Ecuadorian food and everything that we ordered was well prepared and delicious. The wait staff was busy but attentive. The menu us well laid out and easy to understand. There are a few side dishes that we were not familiar with, but the waitress explained everything to us. The portions were generous and none of use were able to clear our plates. Definitely met the criterion of unique place. Overall we enjoyed our visit.
