We had a hockey tournament and stayed there this weekend. The parents gathered Friday night in the BAR and sure we were probably loud. Having fun, joking, laughing. No big deal.

We decided to play pool. A completely sober parent shot the cue ball low and it flew off the table breaking glass on a wall pic (why glass 5 feet from a popl table?). Complete accident. I picked up ALL the big pieces and most of the small and disposed of them. We were polite and apologized profusely. We had fun but were never rude or obnoxious to ANYONE.

Cue Lynette at the front desk. At 1220am they told us the bar was shutting down at 1. Ok. No problem. At 1255am they told us to leave. We picked up all our garbage and disposed of it and proceeded to make our way back to our rooms. While going through the lobby at 1:04am 4 police officers showed up telling us to get to our rooms. WHAT???? I laughed hysterically. Lynette called the cops on us. And if they were there at 104am then they were clearly contacted prior to our 1 o'clock curfew. Why? Because we had a large group laughing and having fun? It's a bar. Its Friday night. What a joke.

When I later returned to the lobby (to smoke outside) I asked Lynette if she had called the cops. She said yes. Because we were told to leave. But we WERE leaving. And polite about it.

Next night cue Lynette again. One of our parents attempted to buy food from the chip/snack fridge. She said no. She was too busy. What? But that's your job. To process financial transactions. Wow.

I then approached the desk and told her we needed to cancel the following night as we would not need it. She told me we would still be charged. I said the gentlemen who booked us in Thursday said as long as we cancelled by Sunday morning at 9am. This was Saturday at 1130pm. She said no we have to pay. Sunday morning at 730am the gentlemen at the desk said no problem. Its cancelled no charge. Same gentlemen as Thursday day shift.

Lynette you are a joke and the reason I would never stay here again. You clearly wanted to sit in the back and watch your movies or whatever you were doing and didn't appreciate us asking you to do your job. Even more so you had a vendetta against us. You called the cops on us when we were completely polite and accepting of your request to leave. You tried to rip my wife and I off, and you are terrible at your job. As a law enforcement officer I'm appalled at your brutal use of discretion in tying up 4 officers (plus 2 more in the parking lot) for a loud group of parents having fun on a Friday night in the bar who complied with your every request. Those officers could have been utilized somewhere else for various reasons far more reasonable and serious but you chose to bring them to the hotel for no good reason at all.

YOU and YOU ALONE are the reason I would NEVER stay here again.

Well done. In a customer service industry you proved you have ZERO customer service skills whatsoever.

Big thanks to EVERYONE else, cleaning staff, gentleman (didn't get name) who worked the day shift this weekend (black guy with glasses who was super awesome), and other guests who were great.

Find another career Lynette. You blew your company's reputation all by yourself.

This hotel was everything I would expect from a Marriott property and more. From the time we checked in, service was excellent. We were immediately greeted by the staff at the front desk, and we were able to be upgraded to a beautiful corner suite which was wonderful! The staff in the Bistro/bar was also fabulous, very accommodating and helpful while providing excellent service. Hotel was clean and well-kept. Close to several restaurants and lots of shopping.

Spent two nights here and found the room to be quite spacious and clean overall. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. We needed a few things that we had forgotten, and the front desk was able to get us almost everything we needed.

Stayed here one night on a business trip. The hotel is kept very clean and fresh. It looks new although I have stayed here on occasion for several years. It is located in a very nice area. I thought it a bit pricey at $237/night.

The hotel was conveniently close to the office, however nothing special. Clean and tidy, but could use a revamp. Room size was OK, a bit noisy. No breakfast included, quality of the offered breakfast was not great. Free parking.
