The food is moderately priced and delicious. Everthing we had was perfect from curry to trout . The presentation and the wine were 5 star restaurant quality. Try bacon wrapped dates stuffed with cheese.

We’d found Zeitgeist on our last visit a couple of years ago, and naturally wanted to return. Right in downtown Duluth, in the same building as a movie theatre, it has an outstanding selection of spirits — probably 50 bourbons and perhaps 25 ryes, just to start. A good bartender as well.

The menu is interesting and good for a light meal or full dinner. Last night, we began with a cheese plate, and continued with a very good roasted romaine salad. The trout dish was uneven — the trout itself was great, but the sauce undermined it and the accompanying couscous.

Still, we returned this evening for an end-of-evening stop. And we’ll come back again, I’m sure.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We are so glad you keep coming back to visit. We will look at the sauce on the trout to determine how we may be able to improve this dish. We hope to see you again soon.

We visited this restaurant during weekdays for lunch. They have great atmosphere in downtown Duluth. You can park the car right in front of the restaurant which makes it very convenient. They have delicious food. The service was fast and friendly staff. They also offer several vegetarian choices on the menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Didn't get a full meal here--just stopped in for cocktails and an appetizer. Ordered fries to share (we'd heard they're great), and were blown away by the portion size. One order of fries could have been a meal for the two of us! And they were delicious, by the way.

Loved the atmosphere in this place, and service was great. Nice location, too!

We are so glad you enjoyed our fries! We don't like to brag but we do consider them the best fries in town! Did you get truffle oil on them? Oh, so good! Thank you for sharing your experience and we look forward to louring you in with some fries again real soon.
