First time there last Sunday, discovered parking in back. Sat at bar but no backs on stools so we moved to a table, the Hostess was so kind. Immediately ordered mussels. They were delicious served with warm baguette. For entrees we had brined chicken and bucatini carbonara. Both sensational. Cant wait to go back and try more.
Chef musf love his line of work. His wife runs the bar she has a great personality and beautiful smile. Their passion shows in the delicious, creative food and friendly, fun service. Place filled up like crazy even on this rainy chilly June evening. A special gift for Adorable South Haven!

Different style food. It was hard for me and my friends to find something on the menu. Items was different style of food than we are used to eating. We also had to share a table with people we didn’t know. That is how they seat people if the table isn’t full. It was also uncomfortably warm in the restaurant

I had the flank steak. The steak was a little tuff. I didn’t want mashed potatoes that came with it so I asked for vegetable as a substitute. The vegetables were very bland.
My husband got the monster burger. It was literally a hamburger that was between two grilled cheese sandwiches. It was so much he had to take part of it home.
We also got the roasted garlic appetizer. It was a whole clove of garlic that was roasted. It was served with bread. Had to dig the garlic out of the clove to put it on the bread.
I will probably not return because it just isn’t the type of food I enjoy.

Make sure to stop in for a great meal! The burgers are phenomenal. And the spicy calamari is to die for! Chef Allen is a true culinary artist! We had the scallops tonight and the presentation was almost as good as the flavor. The poutine fries are a meal in and of themselves!

I ordered a “make your own” burger as they didn’t have very many options on the lunch menu for gourmet burgers. The burger itself was cooked perfectly. It did lack taste, though. The whole thing didn’t really taste like anything. The fries were thin cut and few in number. I’ll try it again. Perhaps it was just an off day.

Stopped here on a whim. Glad we did.

Laid back atmosphere reminescient of the 70s, which oddly enough was the background music playing.

Split the Monster burger and fries. Both were delicious. I think the bbq sauce on the burger was a nice touch.

Service was friendly, there when we needed it and never intrusive.

Pieasant dining experience and good food. Will gladly visit again when in the area.
