We stopped here for dinner on our way back to our cabin. The service was friendly and pretty quick. We had a burger, pork chops, fried chicken, clam strip basket, philly cheese steak and basket of fried portabella mushrooms. Everyone enjoyed everything we ordered. The clam strips were perfectly fried. The French fries were very good!! The waffle fries were good, but the regular fries were better. My husband loved his fries chicken (with leftovers that he enjoyed later).

If we're in the area again we would definitely stop by for dinner!

Husband and I ate here two times during our October 2016 weekend in Munising, MI.
Our weekend was cold and rainy. We stopped in for breakfast one morning, we were between hotels and could not check-in yet. Plus, it was raining and cold and not much to do. Breakfast was great, I had an omelette. Coffee is really good. The waitresses were great. We had Annie. We were told to hang-out as long as we needed to. We had our tablets and were able to use the Wifi. We were there for about three hours. We also ate lunch here on a separate day. I had the hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes. It was really good. The restaurant is decorated with many animal mounts. I would definitely eat here again. This is a big hangout for snowmobilers in the winter. It is a family type restaurant and also has a full bar.

Stopped in after spending a day hiking and looking at waterfalls in picture rock park. My wife saw a sign for the restaurant and after driving by earlier decided to give it a try on our way back to Munising. The service was outstanding, the food was great and the portions were large. The prices were excellent. Would go back if in the area again, wish we had know about the place earlier to avoid some of the bad meals we had the day before.

We were staying near Munising and this restaurant wasn't too far so we thought we would check it out. It was clean, very friendly staff, we were waited on right away. I was cold down to the bones as we were out in the rain seeing water falls. I ordered hot turkey sandwich and my husband ordered philly cheese sandwich. Both were outstanding. My meal warmed me right up comfort food at its best. It's a good old fashion restaurant with attention on service, food, and pleading the customers. A+

We had been looking at local waterfalls in the rain for 5 hours...needed coffee, and dreaded the usual weak cup of dribble that restaurants usually serve. I received a huge cup of the best coffee i've ever had while dining out. The waitresses were super-friendly, the prices reasonable, and the chicken-dumpling soup had actual dumplings...not the mini pre-made frozen ones. My husband ordered a pasty, which he said was very good but different from the norm (had some kind of spice he couldn't identify), and i had a nacho supreme which was HUGE. It was the best place we visited the entire trip, and is worth the trip out of town.
