This restaurant is in a good location, but it's always empty. ALWAYS empty. I don't know how they stay afloat. That being said, the bulgogi is good because it's made to order. It's definitely better than Charlie Kang's bulgogi. The owners are unsmiling (& unfriendly), so just know that it's not you.
