A lovely location with large glass doors opening onto the quaint street. An interesting menu serving excellent quality dishes at moderate prices. Excellent service and stylish surroundings- a modern take on the all too ubiquitous Alsatian brasserie. A refreshing and imaginative place.

Just has an amazing 3 night stay at La Chambard. We stayed in the Junior suite Manon (named after one of Chef Nasti's daughters.) The view was just perfect. Looking up to the hillside vineyards and the stone tower. The bed was one of the most comfortable on the trip.Quite heavenly. Breakfast was also excellent. We had dinner in the more casual restaurant and it was also very good. Kaysersbrerg was a great town and location to base yourself in to explore the Alsace region and the Rue de Vin. Would highly recommend La Chambard and Kaysersberg for your Alsatian stay!

We spent three days at Chambard in Kaysersberg and from our arrival, it was a wonderful experience on all fronts. We were greeted warmly upon reception by Margaux and shown to our room by Leopold (his first day on the job), who provided us with a detailed check-in - he was great! The property has been updated and the bold colours and sensual textures are rich and playful. Breakfast was generous and for those of you who love your bread and fresh-baked pastries, it was abundant! We really enjoyed the juice, yoghurt and individually wrapped locally made butter, and the complimentary jams are delightful. The spa is excellent and we made full use of the pool, steam and jacuzzi. Turn-down service is nicely done, with a chocolate and weather forecast provided. The location is absolutely fantastic! We hiked up to the castle each morning and walked along the vineyards to work up an appetite for breakfast. We explored nearby Colmar and took the train to Strasbourg for an afternoon. Service was generally warm, friendly and accommodating. If we return to Alsace, we will definitely stay in Kaysersberg at Chambard. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious. The service was not good at all. The waiting times were very problematic especially as we were there with kids. The main service lady was cold and forgot a salad. She did not apologize but let us repeat our main dishes. At the end I really disliked the place. That is very unfortunate as the place has extraordinary good food. It’s been long that I have felt as bad as a guest. The restaurant is part of a five star hotel. They would keep us for three hours. We had three dishes - but not everyone. That meant that depending on the family member people had two wait up to two hours for a dish. Not recommendable.
