Lovely hotel with free happy hour from 6 to 7PM. Room also includes breakfast and you have choices. They have a safe in the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is at the casino across the street.

We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel with its high ceilings, carved wooden bannisters, and amenities. Happy hour from 6 to 7pm included good snacks, free drinks of all kinds, and helpful servers. There were lots of options for breakfast, from pancakes or fruit to eggs or omelets in your preferred style. Everything worked well, from air conditioning to hot water. Friendly and welcoming service.

Room tip: Seems that all rooms were interior, but lovely. Better not to be on the street with its noise and dust.

The hotel has a beautiful colonial facade, the reception, courtyard and restaurant are very well appointed. But the rooms are a disappointment. Our room 2A, is need of a massive cleaning and renovations. the bathroom in particular has dirty gobs of silicone that should have been changed years ago, the shower would not drain, I asked for it to be fixed twice. The shower doors do not look like they have been wiped in a very long time. The beds boxspring is covered in plastic with cardboard on the sides with no bed skirt to cover how ugly it looked. The rooms do not reflect the price they are asking

we had the most horrible experience at this hotel and will not be returning, there was constant building works going on from 8am til 6pm, we complained to reception , got no response, phoned the rep several times, and no answer, went away for a nice peaceful Christmas break and was not what we expected

Room tip: food was good

We were very happy with our stay at La Perla. It's a magnificent hotel, well located with very good service. Bowls with dozens and dozens of roses everywhere and beautiful spanish doors carefully hung, all is dazzling. Highly recommended.
