Ramchandi Temple is located on the way from Konark to Puri. It is a shrine of Godess and it is said that Lord Ram visited this temple. Behind the temple they have boating facility. Could not stay longer in this place as had to move to Puri.

Nice place to visit

Get a short boat ride to get on to the awesome beach. It is located just on the Puri Konark road. I would always like to visit this place again.

This is the first time I have sat on the banks of a river (Kusabhadra) and stared wonder struck at the sea beyond, separated only by a sand bank. Definitely worth a visit, and if you feel like it, take a river cruise in the boats available. Otherwise, even sitting peacefully at the well made banks are immensely satisfying.

This is an historic temple of chandi devi, Lord Ram visited here and worshipped this chandi devi after which this temple is known as Ram Chandi Mandir. The Temple has some fantastic views behind it where there is a boating platfrom and few islands also. Boats are available on rent for short trip if you are intrested. The location is quite decent on puri-konark marine drive. There is also a Navgraha Statue in temple campus.
