stayed here for a night as part of the tour group. it was the worst hotel i have stayed. my sister prepared herself for a dingy room as soon as she used their toilet at the lobby as it was dirty and smelly.

It looked like it WAS a nice hotel but was not maintained. it had a pool near the gate and it was empty and dirty. we had no electricity around 6am in the morning and no one responded to our complaint. in the breakfast area, there was a lack of table and chair. some guests were eating standing and some eat directly at the buffet table. the rooms were dark. there are only 3 small yellow lights for the bathroom and 3 lamps in the room. The heater was working but i think it lacks power as the room is big and have a high ceiling.

Do not believe in the pictures posted as it is very far from its present condition. I hope they do something about this as the location is near the pedestrian street.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had a amazing meal with my colleagues at the inhouse restaurant and wasa suprised with the nice tastes of local food. Very friendly staff and well serviced hotel.

Travelled to Wuyishan with a tour group in February 2011 and checked into the hotel our first night. Boy, we were shocked when the lobby was freezing cold and the staff all had winter jackets on. It was colder than the outside temperature..same as the hallways and the resturaunt. The rooms themselves were decent enough. Clean and beds were nice.

The food each morning was pretty bland and simple, which reflects the local culture. But, come on! Turn up the heat a little bit! All of the food except for the porridge was also stone cold.

Good for the price, but wouldn't stay there again. A lack of elevators also hurt.
