My sister and I spent 2 nights over her spring break. Day 2 was a snowstorm that closed schools and mucked up the roads and also closed the buffet.
Check in: unfriendly, no info given about the resort. Also no information book in the room. There is a tiny blurb in the check in folder about restaurants, etc. So before i go any farther: BUFFET IS HALF OFF FOR SENIORS. Had we known this, we would have eaten there more. So, heads up. They dont tell you this.
Room: comfy beds, easy to regulate temp, 2nd sink ouside of bathroom. Big old cobweb up in the corner. No refrigerator in room. Small coffee maker in room.
Casino: really really tight slots and not many " interactive" games. Lost $100 both nights, thats my max. Non smoking game area doesnt have much variety.
Whoever designed this casino did a beautiful job- lots of attention to detail, beautiful spots to have some quiet, relaxing times. The outdoor spaces look inviting, they were just snow covered. The fitness area is tiny- 2 treadmills, a reclining bike, some weights. The pool area by spa is beautiful and relaxing except kids are allowed in the hot tub which defeats the purpose. The regular pool and hot tub was full of kids as well (spring break) so we skipped that area. Thats really all there is for kids to do here however.
We ate at all the restaurants and they were ok. Coffee shop expresso machine was broken so no lattes, etc. Casino floor free coffee is super strong as in: it came with a warning from the staff person cleaning up the area.
Lots and lots of employees- but maybe too many? There were alot just standing around talking and oblivious to customers or just on their phones. Some seemed to be supervisors, so maybe its just a real laid back atmosphere? But seriously, we shouldnt have to wait and wait to be seated in the buffet while you all discuss your weight loss plans and applications for other jobs....
Charlotte waited on us at breakfast buffet and she was awesome.
Probably won't return as there are casinos closer to home and our experience was just average.

The room was big. The TV had HBO and a lot of other channels. 2 sinks was a bonus. The slots were tight. The breakfast buffet was big, good, and half price on Monday. We had a good time here and will definitely return.

Recently attended 2 concerts at LR Event Center. Paid top prices for the good seats near front. Big, big mistake. They have NO SECURITY, so folks can just walk up to the stage and stand in front of you. Some folks even stood on chairs. Better to buy cheapest ticket and just walk to stage, you'll get best view. Advice - Do not buy any seats in first 8 rows or even King area.. Also, their picture of venue is incorrect on their website and that of Stars Tickets. Be careful. And that's not to mention if there were an emergency. Poor handling of wheelchair folks. Just put them at end of a row so blocked entry and exit. What if a fire, etc.? Rooms ok, but very expensive for area.. Can get them for 1/3 price down the street and they have bus to pick you up. Oh yeah, you will get to enjoy a "pleasant" smoke odor if you want to gamble.

I was at LRCR on March 3, 2018 to see a concert. I paid top dollar for two tickets and was in the fifth row from the back...so excited!!!! We could see everything perfectly. Even the guy that was going to film was down on a chair so as not to obstruct anyone's view.
Here is my tip for getting the best seats...pay for the cheapest ones you can get and just walk right up to the stage once the music starts. YOU will now have a front row seat. Better yet, wait about 20 minutes and you can get in for free and walk up to the now full stage area.
We were supposed to have spent the night but reservations messed that up so we ended staying in town. So very disappointing.

Had the buffet tonight. At first I thought a little pricey. After the amount of crab, and quality of prime rib, I think it was priced great! No shortage of food! We definitely will be coming back! The blue gill was amazing!
