I like PB food but this location was full and tables were not cleaned up even though it seemed like the customers left so I decided to take my order out. I was surprised how small the sandwich was for the price. Also I don't understand why they offer a baguette with a panini sandwich? Sandwich was good, but it kind of fell apart and was small.

Lunch time usually is very busy, food is good, easy to park, and close to downtown. The only downside is that I think is too small.

This was a good place for a quick on-the-go breakfast. Fast & tasty food, good coffee, and fairly cheap.

When traveling in the USA, Panera is our go-to lunch spot. Quick, tasty, fresh. The food at this place didn't disappoint, but the cleanliness standards were non-existent. Never seen so much food and litter on the tables, chairs and floor. And both bathrooms were a disgusting disgrace. Makes you wonder about the hygiene standards in the food prep area. One employee spent the entire time we were there chatting to friends. Another, a teen, wandered around with his hands in the pockets of his Panera apron the whole time, but never actually did anything.

Annoyingly, Panera has been pushing politically correct concepts with their food, calling it "clean food", implying that it is somehow better. We'd be a lot happier if they simply ensured clean restaurants.

This is a busy location. You have a shopping center that is nicely growing and adding new great stores all the time. You are located close to the highway 127 so easy access to this location. Michigan State University is close by so you have a lot of students who come to meet or use WIFI. Popular place for business people to come to restaurant also for meetings or WIFI. Elderly crowd like to come and sit for awhile and chat. All this makes for a very busy restaurant at any time usually.
They have expanded back by the restrooms past the drink fountain area to add more seating. The restaurant easily probably can hold 150 or more in tables, booths or comfy chairs.
The food is your standard Panera bread, soups are great, paninis, sandwiches and salads are all good choices. Applause to Panera for switching to hormone free meat products and removing high fructose from salad dressings.
Plenty of room for wheelchairs or strollers. Bathrooms are in the far back corner past the counter where you pick up food.
Lots of windows for a bright interior atmosphere.
