Having stayed here last year, there was only 1 choice of hotel this year. We chose a room with a balcony (541) this time which overlooked the fountains in the square. Loved watching the children running through them plus a couple of dogs too. On the Saturday we saw 2 weddings parties having photos taken down there too. Staff were all very friendly and had no problem with my family, who live in Holland, using the pool. The variety at the Bistro has much improved on last year. One minor point regarding the room, the sofa was the same side as the TV hence could not watch unless laying on the bed. Not a problem i had last year, though with so much to do in Holland was not a major issue. Would have been a perfect stay except on the Friday evening around 9.30pm we had children banging on our door plus they were running up and down the corridor, screaming and shouting. I believe they came from the room next to us (543), where incidentally at the same time, the parents were sitting on the balcony!! Such a shame as we had no disturbances at any other time. Will we be back next year? YES

We stayed here as we were passing through on our way to Chicago. It was very well located downtown. We were able to walk to dinner. The staff was very helpful, and the room was updated and clean. We would recommend this hotel.

I used to have to travel to Holland regularly and switched over to the Courtyard Holland Downtown. I will only stay there when I have to go back. The hotel is what I expect from a Marriott and it’s right in downtown, so it’s close to all the pubs and restaurants. They also have a great bar and dining area attached too. I was not disappointed like some of my other stays at Courtyards. I just wish I had to travel there more. If you can get a room there during Tulip Time, you’ll really have a great time!!

The courtyard Marriott is a great place to stay very new only 2 years old. It is all updated , has a pool, jacuzzi and is right downtown. The location is perfect right downtown near all the bars and restaurants. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. They have a nice bar right down stairs with over 80 beers on tap. I will definitely be back to stay in the near future.

We've been here before. Had a really nice time, so thought we'd go back again. We confirmed and verified on line with the Marriott app. Making sure extended stay was chosen. You must declare that before you arrive. Before arrival, we were notified all was taken care of. That evening we stopped by the desk just to make sure all our requests were noted. The desk informed us that nothing was indicated for late check out. Asked if we used the app to request. YES -- she then replied -- we never get those. WTH!!?!?! Why even send out the request to members if you can't relay the information. SHe said she'd make note of it and not to worry. WELL-- guess what. The next day we get back from our business around 2 pm. Can't get in the room. We/re locked out because check out was at 11 housekeeping informed us-- and after that the keys don't work. By this time-- we've had it with this place. Our extended stay -- along with other things this place did not follow through on-- had us packing up and leaving within 10 minutes.
