The interior spaces are terrible. It resembles a cheap rehab clinic. It looks like the interiors were done by a Hilton board members wife whose last experience was in a brothel. The poor staff with all their willingness to help could not overcome the 8 ball they were behind with these abysmal spaces and the rooms.

No problems I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I would stay again at the hotel. I prefer Double Tree by Hilton. Breakfast was good. I wish there was a refrigerator in the rom along with a microwave to warm up any leftovers from dinner.

The Hilton brand always delivers quality service and the Doubletree Grand Rapids Airport is at the top of the Hilton service tier. An amazingly helpful and friendly staff and great amenities. I highly recommend this property to any traveler staying in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The Double Tree doesn't disappoint. Excellent service, warm and friendly staff, clean accommodations. Rubi, at the front desk, is sweet, joyful and helpful! She exudes a demeanor that says, "I'm happy you're here." Then she offers you a cookie :)

The hotel overall was clean and staff was pleasant. However, there are no handicap friendly assessable rooms. Only ones that they claim to be assessable. Toilets are not 17" high. Showers are step in tubs, not walk in showers with adjustable shower wands.

In regards to your ADA observations, we do have varying options of ADA Accessible features such as roll in showers, accessible tubs with appropriate benches and hand rails.
