Pillows are to small to start. Was told pool would be open and it wasn't. Hotel was clean even with a softball tournament players there. Breakfast was better than a lot of hotels.

Thank you for taking time to review our hotel. I'm sorry that you did not find our pillows comfortable. We are always happy to exchange them for another pillow that may be more comfortable for you. We have not yet revealed a re-opening date for the pool. I'm glad to hear that you found the hotel clean and enjoyed our breakfast. Hope to see you back again soon!

Overall the hotel was fine but one thing continues to annoy me. The internet needs to be refreshed 3-4 times a day. I found this very frustrating to try to get work done when every time I tried to upload or download, I had to log onto the splash page. I am a diamond level member so I see a lot of hotels in a given year and have never had to log-on more than once a day and sometimes, only once a visit.

We were staying over night on a Friday for a cheerleading comp EARLY Saturday morning. 15 girls plus their parents, most arriving after 5 on Friday. There was 1 employee to do check ins from 5:00pm until the morning shift. There was no cleaning staff for the afternoon/evening hours (one of the girls got sick in coach's bathroom and coach had to clean herself...front desk gave her windex and a bleach bottle that was empty). There was mold in one of the showers of a coach's room. The pool was closed for repairs (which when making the block of rooms, there was no mention of the pool being closed. We asked if we could use one of the empty meeting rooms since we couldn't use the pool and or pool space to fix cheer since one cheerleader was sick. The answer was, if we used the space we would have to pay for it. Even though no one else was scheduled to use the space. So, a pool that is under repair that we are paying for in our room rate, we can't use but a space that has no one in it we can't use either?? We needed to use the business center to fix and print scoring sheets for the next day, the toner was out and the front desk personal didn't know where the replacement toner was. He did graciously print it from the front desk. The rooms had inadequate towels supplied for the amount of people booked in the rooms.

Thank you for taking time to review our property. I am sorry you had experienced some problems during your stay. Being a smaller hotel, we typically operate with a limited staff in the evening. When your block of rooms was originally reserved, our reservation agent informed the person of the pool closure. I am sorry if this information did not get filtered to the rest of your group.
