This small shop had customers in and out all day. The place smelled wonderful, whether you are a coffee, tea, or even a spice girl! Less chain-related, the urban/rustic/ coffeehouse vibe was pleasant and the different conversation spots were welcome. Prices are consistent for kitchen supplies, aprons, tea sets, and the like. What a gift to find bulk garam masala and curry spices. The wide array of eclectic spices was entertaining and well-rounded, colorful and a worldwide adventure all at once. The bathroom was available, even for browsers! We did purchase a couple of baked goods, they are brought in from another bakery, and they were NOT enjoyable. That was sad. It would be worth finding a parking spot and coming in for a sip or two, to shop around, or to pick up an item. The staff does not do cartwheels to welcome you or sing to you, but they are knowledgeable and seem to enjoy what they do. If you are there, enjoy it on your own terms, relax.
