Very clean and close to everything on the Cape. The rooms are old but very well kept and has many places to eat within walking distance. Anywhere on the Cape is pretty easy to drive to and many beaches to choose from. The Cove at Yarmouth is a great launching point for day trips. The staff was very pleasant and helpful

A very nice resort on the Cape with close proximity to Hyannis--a fun town to walk. The resort didn't look that special on the outside--more like a hotel--but the rooms were exceptionally nice--a townhouse type accommodation--with an upstairs bedroom, bath, & very large walk-in closet. It also had a skylight, which was so nice to brighten the room in the day since there were no windows. The downstairs was ample with a kitchenette. There is a restaurant onsite that had good food.

Provincetown is an easy drive (don't miss that gem of a place!) and, in near by Hyannis, you can catch ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. All in all, not much to see in Yarmouth itself but you can get to so many places easily. Our unit was a 2-floor unit and the updated decor was very well done. We got this through RCI as a timeshare exchange for a week. There is no mid-week tidy service (i.e. bring fresh towwels, sanitize toilets, bring fresh dish towels) and there is a charge for internet ($19.95 week) as well as the laundry machines. With as much as timeshare owners pay for their maintenance fees, you would think the laundry would be free (as it is in both of our other home resorts). The bbq's border on being unsafe; they are very old, have their auto ignition buttons removed, and you have to get a bic fireplace butane from the front desk. The man I saw trying to light one looked like an accident in the making. I mentioned he could remove the grill top and move the gas grate covering material over a little to get more direct contact with the gas jets.

When walking around the facility, we saw people waiting in line with arm loads of towels so they could exchange them for clean ones. By the way, no one at the desk will tell you about the bbq or the towel exchange and there is no info in the room letting you know these things. The front desk people are courteous but not that helpful; they only give you info if you ask a specific question.

Use this property as a great launching point to explore the many things to see and do on the Cape! You won't be dissapointed.

Room Tip: Don't epect an elevator, there is none. If you aren't on the ground floor, be prepared to pull your bags up the stairs. Ask about the bbq and even have someone show you how to use the lighter on these older propane units (very old) with ignition buttons removed. Also, ask how you can get towels, toilet paper, dish cloths and things like thtg during the week as you will not have any mid-week services unless you pay for them.

We stayed here the last week of may for our Cape Cod vacation and it was great. The room was spotless and very nice. Loved having the two separate bathrooms, that was very convenient . A great place to take the family since they have so many activities right there. Will definitely stay here again if decide to go to cape cod again.

Clean enough and comfortable, conveniently located. If you have a second floor unit be prepared to haul your luggage up stairs and walk your butt off, as entry most likely will not be near your room. No offer of help with luggage from the staff, standing around yacking with each other. Then when in your room drag your bag up another steep staircase to the upstairs bedroom. This place is comparable with other nearby choices. Didnt appreciate being nickeled and dimed by having to pay for wifi and beach parking pass.
