My husband and I love coming here, whether for one of their famously gigantic ice cream cones or for the weekly Farmer's Market. It's a very NE experience - you wait in line with other ice cream enthusiasts from near and far and order something from their menu of sundaes, ice cream, sherbet, typical flavors and more exotic ones. Cone or cup. Toppings. You eat way too much and always go home smiling! The Farmers Market is very nice but very small right now. I have found the quality of the goods we've purchased to be excellent - especially the seafood and produce - but the diversity is lacking a bit. It would be wonderful to see additional vendors and more shoppers!! New this season is a woman who makes the most amazing, crunchy (not hard as a rock) biscotti in several unique flavors. She's delightful and has a very interesting personal story as well. You'd do well to engage! Happy shopping!!

Crescent Ridge offers about 30 flavors,. all the favorites. The portions are huge! But you pay for them. A kiddie cone is easily the size of your fist, but it costs $4.85! Four of us, 3 kiddie and one small set me back over $18! High butter fat content makes a delicious taste.

Nice country setting, plenty of parking.

Massive scoops of ice cream teeter on the top of each cone. Do yourself 3 favors:
1. Only order one scoop per cone, 2. Napkins, napkins, napkins, 3. Request an extra cup to dump your cone over into it when it starts to melt down your arm. Flavor suggestions - Maple Walnut and Black Bear. Excellent quality ice cream. Lots of picnic tables spread out across the grass to enjoy your treats. Kids have plenty of space to run. Loved it.

Quench your ice cream craving here! Even National Geographic rated this ice cream as the best in the world. The ice cream is made right there using milk from the beautiful well cared for cows in back. Great place to get a delicious ice cream treat and sit out side in a relaxing environment to enjoy it!

While visiting family in the area, we went to Crescent Ridge, and really enjoyed the portions, we both got smalls, and it's a lot of ice cream. The ice cream has great flavor, compared to some not so flavorful ice cream brands we've had on our trip.
