We had the most pleasant stay at The Provincetown Inn Resort and Conference Center. We had 2 rooms next to each other with king size beds. Let me tell you, they were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on while on vacation!!! we have a waterbed at home and therefore find most hotel beds "rock" hard...not the beds here!!! The rooms were large and very clean and quiet. Both rooms were facing the water, beach and pool area. We had a beautiful view of the wharf. The continental breakfast was very filling. They have an olympic size pool with an outdoor bar with music playing and you can also purchase food at the pool area. We had a nice walk each day to the shops and restaurants along Commercial St. We will defintely stay at this resort again and will recommend it to our friends and family. Make your reservations today...you will be pleasantly surprised!!!

This is a self contained location. Beautiful views, large swimming pool, food and drink.
Bonnie Glasglow at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate us.
The staff is wondeful, and we had a wonderful time.

In order to enjoy your time here you do have to adjust your expectations. This is NOT a luxury hotel!

We were checked in by helpful and accommodating staff and given keys to our room. It was definitely well past due for renovation, as everything was visibly old and dated. The bed was adequate, but only adequate. On the other hand, it was clean with the exception of the ever present sand in the carpet.

There are only two internet hotspots on the property, so there is no internet option from the rooms. There was a small refrigerator included, but it was set to "off" and took some time to cool off. The same can be said of the air conditioning, it did cool the room, but not until fairly well into the night.

On the up side is location. Fully two thirds of the rooms a literally waterfront, and the others have view.

All things considered, if you approach with the right attitude you can be perfectly content here, though at the price they definitely should spruce it up. Condition? Call it quaint, bordering on rustic.

We just returned from a few days at the Provincetown Inn and it was wonderful. Marissa was there to greet us, and actually found me answers to several questions we had..thanks, Marissa! The Inn is old and sprawling with lots of history and stories to tell. Our room overlooked the ocean and was in the old inn part of the resort..it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was terrific and the staff could not have been more pleasant. It is wonderful to have a safe place to leave the car. We love this little piece of heaven..can't wait to return.
