We had the pleasure of staying at the White Porch Inn at the end of August and really enjoyed our stay. The inn is located in a wonderful location a block off Commercial Street in the center of town. The inn itself is charming, spotless, and well appointed. It has beautiful artwork, a coffee bar/tea bar, wine tastings, and a nice breakfast every morning. Parking is available for a fee. You should definitely reserve your spot early. The staff is wonderful, and we appreciated everything Tom, Roberto, Dweep, and Mildred did for us. We especially appreciated that they carried our bags to and from our top floor room! Speaking of which, we stayed in "The Cher Room" and had our own private balcony with a lovely view of the harbor. I highly recommend staying in that room and at The White Porch Inn. You can't go wrong!

Room Tip: The rooms are a little on the small side. The stairs can be steep. Great views from the Hatches Harbor Suite.

We stayed at the WPI for Carnival. Great location in Provincetown, never used our car in the 5 nights we were there. We, Lisa and I, were treated wonderfully. Excellent staff,(now our friends), Dale, Dweep, Roberto and Mildred. Tom the owner was wonderful. We enjoyed talking with the other guests. We are going to stay at the WPI every time we adventure to Provincetown.

My wife and I stayed for two days in August. We had a fabulous room with windows on two sides and a view of the harbour. Parking on site at a very fair rate. Really good bedding etc. The property is immaculate. Excellent breakfast with a good selection as well as a hot special daily. Coffee tea always available as well as daily wine and cheese. Right in the centre of town but up 1/2 a block so always quiet. The service was spectacular with the staff insisting on carrying our luggage to being super responsive. Especially Roberto who is amazing as well as the owner. Always happy to attend to any request. We had a perfect stay.

We stayed here for four days (Wednesday- Sunday) during the week of August 21 just after Carnival week. The White Porch Inn (WPI) exceeded our expectations. We booked the Herring Cove room and had a private entrance and porch where we had snacks and coctails every night. The room was very large and comfortable and well-maintained. The staff could not do enough - daily wine and snacks starting at 5pm, booking restaurant reservations, and providing daily breakfasts that had something for everyone. Roberto and Dweet and the entire staff were wonderful - very friendly, engaging, and providing great ideas on what to do during our vacation. The main house is absolutely amazing - redone from top to bottom in the mid-2000, it contains original works of art for sale, a beautiful wrap around porch to chat with newly met friends and is within a few minutes walk from the main street and the harbor. Would definitely stay there again during our next trip to P-Town.

Room Tip: Best to book well in advance of your travels - the BB is very popular and fills up fast.

We stayed at the White Porch Inn during Carnival week 2017. From the minute we arrived, Dale and the rest of the staff made sure our stay was absolutely perfect. They spared no attention to detail and were always willing to answer questions and assist with anything from room needs to dinner reservations. I've stayed at a number of places over the years, but the experience here will certainly bring me back for future visits. The location is perfect and only about 1/2 block to Commercial St., so it is walking distance to everything. Our room was in the carriage house, which offered great privacy and plenty of quiet time for relaxation. Thanks to our hosts for an amazing vacation!

Room Tip: Privacy in the carriage house is great! Location of the Inn is phenomenal!
