This was absolutely the WORST hotel room we have ever stayed in. It was filthy, we cannot imagine anyone staying here for an extended time, and we never would have stayed after seeing the room if it wasn’t already after 1 AM by time we arrived after the concert at Foxboro. Total disappointment and Extended Stay should be ashamed of itself for the condition this room was in. We asked to speak with a Manager, we were told Antoine Spurling, GM, would call us. Its been 2 days and we have not heard anything. For $173 room, I would expect a phone call to discuss. In pictures you'll see the dirt and grime. Look at the a/c unit - THAT is what was being blown airborne in to our room. The carpet looks like a crime scene. Light fixture was covered in dirt. Hairdryer, cant even imagine what those stains are. The stove top .. would you ever eat anything cooked on or even near that? The sink cabinet molder - held together with scotch tape. The round globe is a light fixture with dead bugs in it. I hope you can enlarge the pictures to get a good close look. Absolutely horrifying!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry your suite was not in the spotless condition it should have been when you arrived. We take the cleanliness of our rooms very seriously and what you encountered does not meet our standards either. We can absolutely do better, and corrective steps are already taken to ensure oversights such as this do not happen again. Joanna is at the front desk is great, very welcoming and personable. Another desk clerk was just the opposite - just rude. The room was not clean. Had I not prepaid, with a no refund policy, I would have gone next door and checked into the Holiday Inn Express. The room was filthy. The dirt build up in the room was just a lack of proper/deep cleaning. The fan in the bathroom was caked in dust and dirt. There was black around the sink, which could have been mold, didn't want to inspect too close. The sheets and very scratchy thin towels smelled bleachy, so I hoped they were clean. The bed covers were too dark, but looked as though they hadn't been taken off and cleaned in a while. I did not cook, The hot plates built into the counter appeared to be a fire hazard if used. The refrigerator was clean, as was the toilet and shower. (Another guest told me that they had put in new toilets the week before.) It is mostly filled with men working on crews and as a woman alone, I felt safe and secure. The manager contacted me, more interested in who was rude than the cleanliness of the room. I will not stay here again, nor would I recommend this for anyone.

The staff at the front desk were very lovely and friendly and that is the only reason why I am not giving this hotel a 1 star rating.

The rooms are VERY out dated. The kitchenette is something from the early 90's. The phone in our room was filthy and had grimy finger prints all over it. I found used q-tips behind our TV stand when looking for an outlet. Our friends had a pair of dirty socks in their room!

The beds and pillows are NOT comfortable in any sense of the word!

Clean rooms, helpful friendly staff. Good location, plenty of restaurants, close shopping. 2 super markets will deliver. Several Chinese, pizza places deliver. Close to highway, easy to get to Boston or Cape Cod

Have plastic cups available, clean drains so water goes out. Be a little more generous on your selection of bar soap. Seems petty but when you have your glasses off in the shower & drop it & can’t find it it is annoying.
