We went for lunch as we waited for a car repair. This restaurant was very busy at lunchtime consequently we were asked if we minded being seated at a table (instead of a booth). No problem there. The waitress was present, attentive and wanted to make sure all of the items my partner was ordering were vegan. Everything is fried in the same fryer so he chose not to get the fries. She was the best part of our dining experience- upbeat and and helpful.
You can get breakfast all day. We chose to order lunch. I got the vegetable wrap with sweet potato fries. My partner got the vegetable wrap sans cheese and a salad. Our daughter got a cup of chicken noodle soup and a salad.
The food- the wraps were sautéed peppers, onions and tomatoes with melted Swiss cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. These were bland and gummy. Both my partner and I added salad to the wrap to make it more interesting. The salad was a standard iceberg lettuce toss with a few pieces of veggies for color. The fries were a bit sweet for me but they were good. I was told the soup was very good. Our bill was $39 before tip. This also included a coffee and a lemonade.
I think their specialty is breakfast because the waitress was pushing the breakfast items when we were ordering. I would like to give this restaurant 2 stars but I think I'm super picky and we didn't order a variety of items. We stuck mainly to vegetarian and that's not their specialty either. I don't think I will be going back, mostly because there isn't a whole lot for a vegan to eat.
