I found good Vegetarian food options for myself for all the meals. They provide good service at the restaurant

If I am tortured I would ask for more seafood (not fish)

... so I had a lot of Curry dishes
... plenty of fish and meat
... high amounts of vegetables

... and a little of the sweets

Every meal we ate, whether Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, there would almost certainly be no repetition. So that itself is a feat. Food was well labelled and categorised according to meats, pasta, breads, Asian dishes, desserts, etc and well thought out. I especially like the pasta station where the cook will prepare your choice on the spot. Almost all the meats prepared was so tender and delicious like the lamb, pork, chicken, etc. However, the desserts like pastry and tarts could be improved. Some were not tasty enough. Even the croissants during BF was not buttery enough. Service was a hit and miss. Our serving waiter was just above average and lacked warmth and some of the cooks could wear a smile rather than looking homesick. You will be assigned an area to sit for the duration of your stay and also a waiter will be assigned to you, so don't stray from this area. However you are free to choose wherever you wish to sit in this area. But do stick to those tables with the correct cutlery setting. For example, if yours is a party of 3, please don't sit on a table setting for 2. Also I see some guests sitting only at a certain table. But for us, we prefer to move around. It can get kind of boring looking at the same view morning, noon and night. All in, it was a very good experience dining here.

My daughter's are coeliac but so easy to eat here as everything is labelled. Fantastic variety. Couldn't fault at all. Staff very very pleasant too.
