We were visiting a friend in Mashpee, and she suggested Bleu as an option for lunch. The menu is very interesting, though the maple duck (I think it was) was not available that day, and it sounded extremely interesting. The French onion soup was wonderful, and the Croque Monsieur was excellent. Though the food was excellent, the service was much less than that. There were only a few tables taken, but lunch took way too much time. I enjoy a slow-paced meal, but this was shades of Rip-Van-Winkle. Our waitress did a fine job, but the kitchen, under little pressure due to the non-crowd, did not hold up its share of the work. We will be back for the food, but hope the kitchen improves its speed.
